Financial Aid Advisors

Dear Financial Aid Advisors,

Cost of studying abroad is the first thought keeping students from going abroad. Panrimo helps by offering affording programs with great service.

Below is information on billing and payment methods, costs, and the consortium agreement. I hope you find it useful and clear-cut.

As always, if you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact the Panrimo staff or me.

Sincerely,

Paul Green

Direct Billing to Students

Panrimo works with college students, all of who are considered legal adults. For that reason we bill them directly for their Panrimo Program. It is the responsibility of the student to understand and take care of on time payments and communication with our staff. Students are assigned a personal Panrimo Representative to assist them throughout the process, and to find them a payment plan that best meets their needs.

If the student is communicating with you, the financial aid advisor, we may work out communication and bill your office directly if that is desirable by the student. Oftentimes this is advantageous if the student receives financial aid.

Due Dates

Students who anticipate receiving any type of financial aid must send Panrimo a list of expected financial aid amount(s), the date(s) of when funds will be dispersed, and proper signatures by the below corresponding date. Students being billed directly and who are NOT receiving federal of state financial aid must adhere to FULL PAYMENT on or before these due dates:

Spring Panrimo Programs (Beginning in January or February): October 31
Summer Panrimo Programs (Beginning in April, May, June, or July): April 15

Consortium Agreement

The consortium agreement keeps Panrimo from processing financial aid on behalf of a student. We can’t process financial aid since we are not a Title IV institution, but it is a safeguard for your office.

Please email Panrimo for the consortium agreement, or your office may provide its own.
