Founded in 1901 as a teachers college for males and females with a tuition bill of only $20, the University of Sunderland has weathered two World Wars and more to become one of the leading universities in the United Kingdom. The campus is modern with state-of-the-art research and teaching facilities.
Though tuition doesn’t cost $20 anymore, the cost is one of the most competitive in the United Kingdom. With small class sizes and dedicated professors, your time at Sunderland will be interactive and invigorating.
Courses available are vast, ranging from psychology to history, English literature to mathematics.
Sunderland’s new Sports Science Center includes six badminton courts, viewing gallery, fitness machines, climbing wall, and a multi-purpose room.
