A crunchy baguette with Camembert cheese in one hand, a nutella crêpe in the other, and it’s obvious you’re not in Kansas anymore. The clicking of firm but stylish shoes above century’s old cobble stone streets and open-air cafes brings reality to the forefront. It’s France!

Ask a Parisian if he’s like his fellow countrymen outside of the city, and he’ll say not at all. Ask the same of the countryman in Grenoble or Lyon and they’ll say they’re just as different as the Parisian.

Panrimo offers programs in these varying cities to showcase the diversity in French culture, people, language, and landscape.

Alex Brigaud is the Panrimo Coordinator for France and is available 24/7 for support. The Panrimo Coordinator abroad is a Panrimo staff member and will assist students during their orientation period and final events. He will also assist students throughout the semester and summer when needed.

Recently Alex received his law degree from the University of Amsterdam. Before this he received his Master’s degree in Business Law at University of Jean Moulin Lyon 3. Alex’s experience studying abroad in the USA, England, and the Netherlands helped form how Alex sees the world. He now views every opportunity to travel as an opportunity to learn about himself and the world. As a current and lifelong resident of Lyon, France, he is excited to be helping Panrimo create French programs that are rewarding and educational throughout all of France.
