The University of Belize is a public institution with central campuses in Belize City and the capital city of Belmopan. Panrimo students are given course options at both locations, ranging from nursing and health science, to environmental studies, marine biology, and Spanish and Mayan culture studies.

Situated not far from the downtown area of either city, both campuses house a bookstore, gymnasium, cafeterias and student unions, Internet cafes, and a library. There are also established student sports teams for all to join.

With 300 faculty members and under 3,000 students, Panrimo guarantees small class sizes with international students. And the newly designed and built campus buildings at Belmopan offer state-of-the-art facilities unmatched in Central America.
