Application Policies

You may submit your application online up until the close date of the program. Please refer to each program’s information page for this date. If you wish to apply for a program after the close date, please call or email us immediately to see if processing your application is possible.

Items Required for Your Application:

  • Panrimo Application Form (online only)
  • $250 non-refundable application fee that is applied to your total program fee (payable by credit card online, personal check, cashier’s check, or money order)
  • Unofficial copy of your most recent transcript (full name, social security number or student ID, class names, class levels, class grades, and cumulative GPA must appear on transcript)

Other Requirements

Upon review and acceptance of your non-refundable deposit and online application fee, your Panrimo Representative will mail you your acceptance packet that must be filled out, agreed to, and signed by you and your university advisors. At this time you will also receive an invoice for the full amount of your Panrimo Program.

Please adhere to payment due dates found on your chosen Panrimo Program’s web pages. If you are applying for and expect to receive financial aid, a consortium agreement and financial aid documentation will be included in your acceptance packet.
