Application Process
Customized internships through Panrimo are competitive. You know simply studying abroad often isn’t enough to be distinguished in a pool of resumes. You want the best job available after graduating. Guess what. You’re not alone. And if already graduated, being offered a promotion or raise often requires more than coming to work on time.
Panrimo’s internships are practical. Our dedicated staff speaks with you to find out what you want in work experience. Political science majors work in international government. Art majors work in museums and artifact curators. Business and finance majors collaborate with multi-million-dollar institutions on a global level. You will do more than make copies. You will be an integral part of the workforce abroad.
You’re paying Panrimo for connections. Panrimo has partnerships with over 19 universities worldwide, in 10 countries, spanning 5 continents. Our staff in the States and abroad scours their resources and contacts to place you in an internship that was made for you. Tell us what you want. Panrimo will deliver.
Eligibility:
- 3.0 Cumulative GPA or Higher
- 17 Years of Age or Older
- Be of Sound Mind and Good Character
- Exemplify Moral Decision Making and Maturity on Paper and Interview
Application Process:
1. Apply online, submit application data, and pay the $250 Application Fee. This fee goes toward your total program price and is non-refundable.
2. Email a cover letter explaining your desire for going abroad and your interest in interning abroad, and in what field you wish to intern and why. This email must include your resume. Please email your cover letter and resume to intern@panrimo.com.
3. Once Panrimo confirms receipt of cover letter and resume, pay the $400 Internship Confirmation Deposit. This will be invoiced to you, and must be paid immediately. The Internship Confirmation Deposit goes toward your total program price and is non-refundable.
4. Have one (1) college professor and one (1) person from the community (community leader or work employer) each send a letter of recommendation on your behalf to Panrimo. This letter should be one (1) or two (2) paragraphs in length and should detail how this person knows you, for long he/she has known you, your level accountability, mature, and knowledge of the field in which you want an internship. Have these two people sign and mail their letter to Panrimo’s headquarters. Please have these letters mailed to 330 East Maple Road #188, Birmingham, MI 48009.
5. After we receive your confirmation depost, cover letter, resume and letters of recommendation, Panrimo will interview you over the phone. This interview lasts 20-30 minutes.
6. After a few weeks Panrimo offers you your first internship option. You can either agree to it or request a different internship. If a different internship is wanted, Panrimo will offer you a second and final placement. You then must choose one or the other.
7. After orientation materials are sent to you and Panrimo receives final payment, you’re off for an unforgettable experience abroad!
